Conference "Russian language: didactics of RCTs and didactics of translation" in Warsaw

Russian language: teaching Russian as a foreign language and translation /On May 17-18, 2018 an international scientific conference devoted to the teaching of Russian as a foreign language (RCT) in educational institutions of various types and to the teaching of Russian and Russian translation will be held at the University of Warsaw.

 

Four sections will work at the conference:
The section "Didactics of translation" will be devoted to the actual trends in the teaching of translation, preparation for the profession of a sworn translator, the use of information technology and the media, and also the teaching of translation of special texts.

Within the sections "Teaching RCT for students of Slavonic languages" and "Teaching RCT to students who are not native speakers of Slavic languages", inter-language interference, cultural, social and other similarities and differences, knowledge of the realities of Russian-speaking countries, as well as modern methods and training programs.

The purpose of the section "Russian language for students of philology" is the exchange of opinions and experience on the issues of teaching general and professional Russian language in universities, among others: linguodidactics in the context of mass training at the university level, the impact of systemic changes in higher education on training programs , teaching aids for universities and teaching of theoretical linguistic and translation science subjects.

The working languages ​​of the conference are Russian and Polish.

 

Applications for participation in the conference together with the abstracts are accepted until November 30, 2017 at rki-didactica@uw.edu.pl
